Services Include (But Not Limited To):

- Publishing content including links on our websites.
- Creating reports for SEO purposes.
Client Must Acknowledge The Following With Respect To Our Services:
- All fees are non-refundable.
- Late payments over 30 days may incur interest and/or be passed to a debt collector. Content or links may be removed until payment is settled.
- All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential.
- We have no control over the policies of search engines with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. We cannot control the length of time it takes to index content. The Client’s website may be excluded from any blog, website, or search engine at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory.
- We don’t have control over website and blog owners removing links or content, or deleting/moving/changing their websites. These placements will not be refunded or replaced.
- Under no circumstances shall Motor Verso be liable to you (the end user) for any damages whatsoever, including (without limitation) any direct, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or any claims of yours or third-party websites. You, the end-user, assume all risks and potential damages (known or unknown) associated with using Motor Verso services.
- We reserve the right to tweak anchor text and other order details to ensure successful placements.
- We do not guarantee search engine positions for any particular search term. We do not guarantee any traffic increases.
- We are not responsible for changes made to the website by other parties that adversely affect the search engine rankings of the Client’s website.
- Typical link life is expected to be a minimum of 12 months. Links may be no-followed or removed at any point by the website administrator, fees are non-refundable if this occurs.
Non-Disclosure
We do not sign individual nondisclosure agreements for every agency or client that uses our services. As part of our terms, we treat every client with full non-disclosure respect.
We guarantee not to disclose any confidential information to any third party [except to your company’s employees and professional advisers] who need to know the same for the purpose.
Restrictions
We reserve the right to cancel any orders at any time. If an order is cancelled, you will be refunded.
